Amanda has spent her life seeking holistic health solutions and more symbiotic ways of living with our natural habitats. Her formal education is in Building Science and Exercise Physiology. Her combined passion for people, design, health, movement, architecture, and travel has led her to many diverse working and learning opportunities across the world. In every role she takes on, Amanda consistently draws on her artistic background to initiate creative and progressive solutions. Throughout her own health journey she has grown a deep love and appreciation for integrative medicine. She is also a personal trainer and passionate yoga instructor. She spends much of her free time advocating for justice and freedom in Sudan, the home of her family.
